Release is now online. You must download a copy, fill
it out, and present it at band camp to be eligible to
participate.

I lost the desktop
computer at RCHS that held the website data, so I've
started a new version that I can update now. I hope
to add more to it soon. Your patience is appreciated.
In the meantime, most info will be communicated
through Charms
